STUFE 1
The objective of this step is it to provide to the export-interested enterprise a preliminary study which would enable the enterprise to reach a decision for a commitment - or a refusal. STUFE 2 If the first step should result in a mandate for the development of an export strategy, Bertoldi consulting GmbH formulates strategies and procedures either with company-owned resources of the client, - or an existing partner network built by Bertoldi Consulting GmbH. STUFE 3 In this step of the operational export activity Bertoldi Consulting GmbH supports clients with human resource developement like organization of intercultural Workshops, confidential direct translations, training of executives, support during the staff recruitment etc. This 3 steps program is developed on the basis of a modular concept. Mandators can choose one or all the modules. |
